Business Consulting

Generally, advisory and consulting work has focused on identifying, analyzing and strategizing for market opportunities,  organizational challenges, particularly team and culture building; innovation leadership (corporate climate, internal processes and business opportunities); and strategy as it relates to government activities and B2B partnerships.

The scope of work has included research reports (particularly competitive analysis, policy analysis, consumer and employee attitude and behavior studies),  inter-firm negotiations, major conference keynotes and panels, management seminars, coaching sessions and executive briefings, and  a range of special projects, from new product introductions to brand assessments.

Specialized assignments have also engaged associates and partners of domestic and foreign investment groups that searched for offshore business situations where fast injections of U.S. liquidity and technology based expertise would allow recipients to leapfrog over competitors. Intermittent over many years, this work has normally required an assessment of the business model, management talent and competitive position of small to medium sized firms in a range of industries, including retailing and information technology.
